A small commercial centre surrounded by nicely set urbanisations can be found mid way between La Zenia and Villamartin on the Costa Blanca Spain, this is one way of describing Los Dolses. Perhaps a better description would be an urbanisation set around a commercial centre which has been well thought out to cater for every need that the residents might have. With choice of supermarkets, butchers, banks, a school, as well as pharmacies, drapery, garden centre and computer store there is no need to travel for any of your needs.

There is a nice choice of bars and restaurants also in the Los Dolses commercial centre. One such restaurant that is great value and has a lovely terrace delicately decorated in orange and yellow tones is the Greek Restaurant El Greco. This does the best Mossaka in the region and should be put on your bucket list. Once you do go there you will return again and again as there is much to try on the lovely menu. They often have a greek musician playing whilst you eat and it is a really lovely evening out. The supermarket in front of the local school Dialprix has a fabulous array of fresh foods and a superb meat counter giving an excellent choice for your al fresco dining in the wonderful summer weather.

The location of the new developments in Los Dolses makes it a perfect area for people looking to move to Spain. Resale property is popular naturally but new builds make up 80% of our sales in the region.

The La Zenia Boulevard, casino and commercial centre is a few minutes away and its close enough to La Zenia that we can call Los Dolses a Spanish beach resort. You do need to walk over the motorway that divides La Zenia and Los Dolses to get to the beach but there is a very safe walkway now to make this a simple stroll.
